PROBLEM WITH THE PACKAGE UPON DELIVERY

DOA Replacement Procedure
For products that have a technical problem upon delivery (dead-on-arrival) from certain retailers, the possibility of commercial replacement due to DOA (Dead-On-Arrival) is provided.
